PAYNE HEATING & COOLING       [BRAND | REVISION | IDENTITY ]  
Not all logos need an overhaul. Some just need an update. Payne wanted a new brand look, but not at the expense of the equity established in their long-running logo. Changes most obvious were smoother, more directional lines and an upper-lowercase name treatment. Although the typeface is new, it remains in the san-serif, condensed family. The little things make a big difference too. The registered trademark is now scaled appropriately and in color. We also simplified the tagline and, given what it says, naturally moved it to the right of the mark, vs underneath.

Shopping Center Event Marketing [event marketing | social media | promotions]
Metropolis Shopping Center needed a one-of-a-kind event for "black friday" that tied into pro football. Indianapolis is host to the Superbowl and fans needed to know where to get the official gear. We created "Eye Black Friday" where shoppers wearing eye-black could win gift cards up to $100 on the spot and have their photos uploaded on Facebook. On-site posters, print advertising and social media all worked together to make this a huge success. The number of Facebook fans quadrupled shortly after launching the inaugural event. The popular promotion returns to Metropolis during Super Bowl XLVI.
