Our friends at VMS were a little skeptical as to how advertising could help them promote their patient adherence program in an industry based so much on cyclical contracts and existing relationships. After the campaign first launched, they were later contacted by a prospect who had torn one of the ads out of a magazine before her company had been bought out. Even after she changed jobs, she contacted VMS for a proposal.
